Brewing began in 2015 with a four-barrel plant. It is housed in the old John O'Groats Fire Station almost opposite its tap, the Seaview Hotel. A second three-barrel plant is installed in the Last House by the harbour, which is now a visitor centre complete with shop, bar and brewery.
