I would open my door with the key then once i put key in ignition and turned it the rest of the doors would open. If i didn't do this quickly enough my alarm would go off.

When I had a similar issue. 4 years ago it was the drivers door mechanism that had failed abd it cost £120 to fix from an auto electrician.
